How to set cooking time on instant pot

There are a couple of buttons to set the cooking time on your instant pot: you can press one of the preset buttons for particular items of food, or you can manually set the time. Press the button that says "Manual", then add the desired amount of minutes with the "+" and "-" buttons. You will see the numbers in red on the screen.
