Cooking instructions

1. For best results, choose a filet mignon or ribeye steak to prepare in a pan. Make sure to let it rest at room temperature for half an hour before cooking it.
2. Pat the steak dry and rub salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Prepare the garlic butter by mashing up butter, fresh parsley, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Wrap this into a ball and put it in the freezer while you prepare your steak.
4. Heat the pan on medium heat, add some butter. When the butter is sizzling, place the steak in the pan and sear for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on the desired doneness.
5. Slice some of the garlic butter onto your steak and let it melt for a perfect mixture of flavours.
