Baby Carrots Sous Vide

1. Preheat the water bath in the sous vide cooker to 185°F.
2. Place the baby carrots in a sous vide bag in one single layer. Add 1 tbs of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
3. Vacuum seal the sous vide bag and place it in the water bath.
4. Cook the baby carrots for 25 minutes until tender.
5. Remove the baby carrots from the bag and drain them on paper towel. Serve with some butter.
