Cooking instructions

1. Fill a large pot of water with water and bring to a boil. Use 6 cups of water per cup of brown rice.
2. Meanwhile, rinse the brown rice under running water to remove the starch.
3. Lower the temperature of the water and add the rice.
4. Boil the rice uncovered for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the pot from the stove, drain the remaining cooking water, cover the pot and let the rice rest for 10 minutes. Season with some salt to taste or add some soy sauce.
