Cooking instructions

1. Chop a green cabbage in half to easily slice it into thin ribbons.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of butter.
3. Add the cabbage, salt and pepper once the butter is melted.
4. Sauté for 10 to 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender and lightly brown. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove the skillet from the heat source and stir in 0.5 tbs of apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
