Cooking instructions

1. Mix 0.5 cup of lime juice, 0.5 cup of orange juice, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 cup of chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, 1 chopped jalapeno 2 tbs of white vinegar and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in a ziplock bag.
2. Put a 2 lbs flank steak in the bag and close it tightly. Squeeze the meat around in the marinade and leave to rest in the fridge for at least two hours. If you have the time, leave it overnight.
3. Heat the BBQ grill.
4. Take th meat out of the bag and cook it on the grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
5. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness. Leave the meat to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Carve against the grain.
