Cooking instructions

1. Wash, peel and cut 2 lbs of carrots.
2. Pour 1/3 cup of water in a skillet and add the carrot slices. Add some pepper and salt to taste and bring to a boil.
3. When the water is boiling, cover the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.
4. Cook the carrots for 8 minutes until they are tender but not mushy.
5. Take off the lid, add 1 tbs of butter and 1 tbs of honey. Stir until the water has evaporated. Take the skillet off the stove and add the parsley.
