Cooking instructions

1. Cook the desired amount penne pasta and reserve. Melt 2 tbs of butter in a pan and add 1.5 lbs of chicken, cut in cubes.
2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Cook for about 10 minutes and set aside. Melt some more butter in the same pan and fry 4 minced garlic cloves.
3. Stir 1.5 tbs of flour into the garlic and the butter. When incorporated fully, add another 1.5 tbs of flour. Stir well.
4. Pour in 2 cups of milk, stir well until the sauce becomes thicker. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated parmezan cheese and let it melt.
5. Pour the sauce over the reserved penne, add the chicken cubes and mix everything. Add some fresh parsley.
