1. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
2. Remove the husks and silks from the corn cobs.
3. Mix 1 cup of softened butter with 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tbs of chopped parsley.
4. Place each corn cob on a large piece of tin foil and brush each cob with the butter mixture.
5. Seal the parcels and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until tender.
