1. Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in a large skillet. Dice 1 onion and mince 2 garlic cloves.
2. Add 1.5 lbs of ground turkey to the skillet together with the onion and garlic. Break up the turkey with a spatula.
3. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes until the onions are lightly brown and the turkey is tender.
4. Drain any excess grease and water.
5. For slightly crispier turkey, cook for a few minutes more.
