1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix 1 lb of halved radishes, 1 tbs of melted butter, 0.5 tsp of sea salt and a pinch of pepper.
3. Place the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast the radishes for 20 to 25 minutes. Toss every now and then. Add 3 finely minced garlic cloves. Roast for 5 more minutes.
5. The radishes are ready when golden brown.
