Cooking instructions

1. Season 1 beef bottom round to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Heat 2 tbs of vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the beef for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until well browned.
3. Transfer the beef to a crockpot. Add 2 chopped carrots, 2 chopped onions, 3 cubed potatoes and 2 minced garlic cloves.
4. Add 2 cups of beef broth, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and 2 tbs of Worcester sauce.
5. Cook the beef on high for 4 to 5 hours.
