Cooking instructions

1. Drain and rinse 16 oz shirataki noodles. Shred 2 cups of cabbage, peel and shred 1 carrot.
2. Preheat 1 tbs sesame oil in a large pan. Thinly slice the white part of a green onion stalk and add to the oil. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves and 0.5 tsp fresh chopped ginger.
3. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and wilt the cabbage. Add the carrot and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the shirataki noodles. Add 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs oyster sauce, 0.5 tsp sugar and a pinch of ground black pepper.
5. Serve warm with the green part of the onions.
