Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel and devein 1.5 lb of extra large shrimp.
2. Place the shrimp in a baking dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a saucepan. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir 2 tbs of fresh lemon juice in the butter.
3. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
4. Bake the shrimp for 9 to 13 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
5. Sprinkle the shrimp with fresh parsley and bread.
