Cooking instructions

1. Place 2 flank steaks in a baking dish and allow them to reach room temperature before cooking.
2. Prepare the marinade: combine 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbs rosemary, 4 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper.
3. Poke the flank steaks with a fork and pour the marinade over it. Coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Spray some oil on the grill and preheat the BBQ. Grill the flank steaks for 5 minutes, cover the grill. Flip the steaks and grill for 3 to 4 extra minutes.
5. Transfer the meat on a cutting board, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
