1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cover an oven sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with cooking oil.

2. Place 3 lbs of ground beef on the whole surface of the baking sheet.

3. Place the baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven for 30 minutes.

4. Remove the ground beef from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

5. Use your hands or a fork to separate the beef and use in the tacos.
