Cooking instructions

1. Drain 2 packs of extra-firm tofu and pat them dry. Cut into cubes.
2. Heat 1 tbs canola oil in a large non-stick skillet and sauté the tofu for 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Drizzle it with 3 tbs soy sauce and stir while frying.
4. Add 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 small bunch of chopped green onions, 1 tbs fresh ginger, 1 tsp chili flakes and 2 tbs soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add 3 handfulls of spinach to the skillet and wilt it in. Stir in 2 tbs of sesame seeds and 2 tsp sesame oil. Serve hot with rice.
