Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 405°F.
2. In a bowl, combine 4 tsp of dried oregano and dried thyme, 2 tsp of dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder and salt, and 1 tsp of ground black pepper and dry mustard powder.
3. Coat a 4 lbs beef top round roast with the spice mixture.
4. Place the roast in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the oven to 325°F and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 135 to 140°F.
5. Remove the meat from the oven, tent loosely with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
