Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the grill and spray some cooking oil on the grate.
2. Clean 2 trouts and brush them with olive oil. Season the outside with salt only and the inslide with salt and black pepper.
3. Place half a lemon and some onion slices inside the fish cavity. In each fish, add some minced garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme.
