1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Combine 1 tsp salt with 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Reserve.
3. Pat dry 4 turkey breast cutlets with paper towel and arrange them on the baking sheet.
