Cooking instructions

1. Heat 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp butter in a skillet.
2. Add 2 thinly sliced onions to the skillet and brown them over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Reserve on low heat.
3. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in another skillet. Rub the veal fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook the veal for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
5. Serve the veal fillets with the caramelized onions.
