Cooking instructions

1. Leave 4 salmon fillets at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Preheat the grill to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a large aluminum foil and coat it with baking spray.
2. Brush some melted butter on the fish and season it with salt and pepper. Place 3 minced garlic cloves on the fillets, some fresh dill and lemon slices.
3. Carefully wrap the aluminum foil around the fish to make a sealed packet. Grill the salmon for 14 to 18 minutes in a closed BBQ.
4. Then, carefully open the aluminum foil and continue to grill the fish for 3 minutes more with a closed grill.
5. The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork. Serve the salmon with fresh dill and some lemon juice.
