Cooking instructions

1. Heat the oven to 425°F. Lay out 2 frozen salmon fillets skin-side down in an oven dish.
2. Mix 3 tbs of mustard, 2 tsp of maple syrup, 2 minced garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp chili flakes and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Brush the salmon with this mixture.
3. Cover the oven dish with tin foil. Roast the fish for 15 minutes.
4. Take off the tin foil and roast the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes more. The salmon is ready when it can be easily flaked with a fork.
5. Leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Serve with a salad.
