Cooking instructions

1. Wash the sweet potato, dry it and pierce it a couple of times with a fork on all sides.
2. Place the sweet potato on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 5 minutes on maximum.
3. Check if the potato is tender with a fork.
4. If needed, microwave some more in bursts of 30 seconds.
5. When done, cut open the sweet potato and add some salt, pepper and butter.
