Cooking instructions

1. Clean 8 large shiitake mushrooms and cut off the stems. Slice the hard part off the stems.
2. Chop the shiitake heads in thick slices and the stems in half lengthwise.
3. Heat 0.5 tbs of sesame oil in a frying pan. Season the mushrooms with salt and fry them for 4 minutes.
4. With a spatula, flip the shiitake and stir fry the other side for 4 minutes.
5. During the last minute, add 0.5 tbs of soy sauce and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
