Cooking instructions

1. Place 4 tbs of butter in a cold frying pan. Add 3 tbs of lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir.
2. Add 2 perch fillets to the pan and spoon some juice over the fish.
3. Start heating the frying pan and leave the fish for 1.5 minutes. Flip the fish.
4. Turn the fish every 60 seconds and cook for 7 minutes in all.
5. Spoon juice over the fish every time you turn it. Serve with some extra lemon and a salad.
