Cooking instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 550°F or the highest broiler temperature.
2. Arrange 2 lobster tails on a baking sheet and cut the top of the tail shell down to the tip of the tail with sharp kitchen scissors. Devein and clean the grit if needed.
3. Pull the shell to the outside to expose the meat. Sprinkle the lobster meat with a mixture of 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika powder, 0.5 tsp white pepper and a pinch of salt.
4. Add a small cube of butter on each lobster tail. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and broil for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. The lobster tails are ready when the meat is white and opaque. Serve immediately.
