1. Wash 10 carrots. Preheat the water bath to 185°F.
2. Place the carrots in the vacuum bag. Add 1 tbs of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
3. Close the bag off and cook it in the preheated water bath for 25 minutes.
4. Remove the carrots from the bag. Drain them on paper towel.
5. Serve the carrots warm with some butter.
