Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Lay out 4 brats on a baking sheet and place it on the central oven rack.

Make sure the brats do not touch each other, leave plenty of space between them.

Bake the brats for 10 minutes. Flip them over to the other side and bake for 5 more minutes.
5.
The brats are ready when the internal temperature has reached 160°F.
