Cooking instructions

1. Leave 4 pork chops at room temperature 20 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Dry the pork chops with paper towel and season them to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Heat an ovenproof skillet for 5 minutes on the stovetop. Add 2 tsp of vegetable oil when the skillet is very hot. Add the pork chops and leave them on side for 3 minutes without touching them.
4. Flip the pork chops and place the skillet in the oven. Roast for 6 to 7 minutes.
5. The pork chops are ready when the meat feels firm against your finger.
