1. Place 1.25 lbs of baby gold potatoes in a large pan and cover them completely with water.
2. Bring the water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Cover the pan and cook the potatoes for 14 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
4. In a bowl, mix 1 tbs of melted butter iwht 1 tbs of white wine vinegar, 2 tsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of fresh oregano and some salt and pepper.
5. Add the potatoes to the mixture and toss the bowl to coat all the potatoes evenly.
