Cooking instructions

1. Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
2. Boil the desired amount of perogies for 4 to 5 minutes. They are ready when they start floating to the surface. Drain the perogies.
3. Chop 1 onion. Melt 2 tbs of butter and 2 tbs of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and the perogies. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Fry over high heat until the onion is soft and the perogies are evenly browned.
5. Serve the perogies with sour cream and fresh dill.
