1. Lay out the bacon strips in a cold frying pan. Make sure they're not overlapping.
2. Fry the bacon on low heat. When the strips start to buckle, turn them with tongs.
3. Remove excess grease if needed.
4. Fry the bacon until all the strips are evenly browned. Leave for a little longer for extra crispiness.
5. Place the bacon strips on a paper towel to drain the remaining excess fat.
