Cooking instructions

1. Mix 3 crushed garlic cloves with 2 tbs olive oil, 3 tbs cider vinegar, 1 tbs paprika powder, 1 tbs English sauce, 2 tsp celery salt, 4 tbs hot sauce and 3 tbs honey.
2. Put the mixture in ziplock bag together with 3 lbs of chicken wings. Make sure the wings are completely covered and leave this marinade in the fridge overnight.
3. Preheat the oven on 350°F. Drain the marinade and reserve. Spread the chicken wings out on an oven plate. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Pour off the excess oil, add the reserved marinade and coof the chicken wings for another 30 minutes at 390°F.
5. The chicken wings are ready when most of the marinade has evaporated and the wings feel sticky and glazed.
