Cooking instructions

1. Pat dry 4 chicken breasts with paper towel. Season both sides with salt, paprika powder, freshly ground pepper and a crushed chicken stock cube.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan and sear the chicken breasts for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken breasts and fry the other side for 5 to 7 minutes as well, until the crust is golden and crispy.
5. The chicken is ready until the internal temperature has reached 165°F. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
