Cooking instructions

1. Leave the chicken at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
3. Add some olive oil in a heated non-stick pan and cook the chicken breast for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook the other side for 5 minutes as well, until golden brown.
4. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the juices run clear. Use a meat thermometer to check for internal temperature of 165°.
