Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them with paper towel. Cut off the stem ends and slice the mushrooms in two.
3. Spray some vegetable oil on a lined baking sheet. Place the mushrooms on the tray and spray them lightly with vegetable oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Bake the mushrooms for 12 minutes. Flip the mushrooms and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
