Cooking instructions

1. Place 4 pork shoulder steaks on a hard surface and cover them with plastic wrap. Flatten the meat with a meat hammer.
2. Place the steaks in a large bowl and add 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of salt, 0.5 tsp of black pepper, 1 sliced onion, 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of paprika powder and 1 tsp of oregano.
3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes. Leave it overnight if you have the time.
4. Preheat the BBQ grill. Grill the pork steakds for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145°F.
5. Allow the pork steaks to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
