Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
2. Cut a 2-3 lbs pumpkin in two. Scrape out all the seeds and strings with a large spoon.
3. Brush the inside of the pumpkin with avocado oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Place the pumpkin flesh down on the baking sheet. Pierce the skin with a sharp knife to allow steam to escape.
5. Bake the pumpkin for 45 to 50 minutes. Use a fork to check doneness. Let the pumpkin cool off for 10 minutes before serving.
