Cooking instructions

1. Wash the chard leaves and cut them into strips and cutt off the stems. Keep the stems for the preparation if you like.
2. Heat some olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat.
3. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for just 1 minute.
4. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cook the stems for 7 minutes in total. Add the leaves after 2 minutes. If you only want the leaves, cook them for 4 to 5 minutes until they are wilted down.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
