Cooking instructions

1. Pat 2 swordfish steaks dry with paper towel. Remove the skin. Season both sides with salt.
2. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a cast iron skillet and add the fish when the oil is hot.
3. Sear the fish for a total of 5 to 7 minutes, flipping it every 2 minutes.
4. The fish is ready when the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
5. Allow the swordfish steaks to rest for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
