1. Preheat the grill to 375°F to 400°F.
2. Season 1 lb large shrimp with 1 tbs olive oil, 0.5 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 0.5 tsp kosher salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
3. Coat the shrimp well with the seasoning.
