1. Score the skin of 2 duck breasts and season with salt to taste.
2. Place the duck breasts skin-side down in a cold frying pan. Turn on to medium-high heat.
3. Remove part of the released fat during cooking.
4. Fry the duck breasts for about 6 minutes. Flip the breasts and fry more an extra 4 minutes.
