Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the grill to 450 to 500°F. Rub the flap steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Cook the meat for 4 to 6 minutes per side on the grill.
3. Remove the meat from the grill and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
4. While the meat is resting, prepare the chimichurri in the blender. Combine 0.5 cup of fresh parsley with 0.5 cup of cilantro, 3 to 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of chili flakes and 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar.
5. Add 0.5 cup of olive oil while the blender is spinning and blend until the chimichurri is smooth. Serve the steak with the chimichurri.
