Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven 275°F.

2. Heat 3 tbs of olive oil in a large skillet. Bring it to a smoking point and remove the skillet from the heat.

3. Add 4 frozen steaks to the skillet and wait for a moment. Return the skillet to the heat. Sear the meat for 90 seconds on each side.

4. Transfer the steaks to a wire rack and season the meat to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Bake the meat for 18 to 30 minutes depending on the desired doneness. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
